Traumatic Brain Injuries

Traumatic Brain Injuries can lead down a complex road of healing. Neurofeedback Therapy provides answers and simpler alternatives to the standard medications.

Traumatic Brain Injuries

TBI patients are handed a long list of strategies that are commonly used. They may include restorative cognitive rehabilitation that utilizes stimulation and practice, or strategy cognitive that uses visualization, or even medications that direct arousal or attention. However, at best, many of these provide modest improvements. Then, still, it’s common for patients to be told that after a year or more they’ve obtained all the improvement they can expect and, therefore, must simply adjust to their current state of affairs.

There is, however, another method that is commonly underutilized but hold definite potential in long-term results – Neurofeedback.
